Individual Mindfulness Training

We will work together with Mindfulness principles and exercises to help you integrate them into your everyday life so that you become better at dealing with difficult emotions and stress that are currently causing problems for you in your life. Together we tailor your individual plan to fit your problem, your needs and your schedule.

Mindfulness is an effective tool to increase our quality of life. Therefore you do not need to suffer from stress to benefit from individual training or other kinds of Mindfulness courses.

An individual Mindfulness training is a possible solution for those who:

 

  • are stressful and have concrete problems
  • have very difficult feelings such as anger, sadness, fear, nervousness, etc.
  • want training based on their own needs
  • need flexible times
  • want privacy
  • feel more comfortable with one-on-one training
  • would like to deepen their practice with a teacher
  • cannot wait for a new course to start

Depending on your needs and wishes, you train with various meditations, exercises and tools that help with:

  • better stress management
  • more energy
  • better sleep
  • better social interactions
  • acceptance and peace of mind
  • improving quality of life and joy of life

Individual sessions consist of a combination of theory and exercises such as:

  • guidance, monitoring and inspiration
  • guided meditations
  • bodily exercises: breathing techniques and body scanning
  • theory around the principles of mindfulness philosophy
  • exercises to practice at home

Note that if you form a group yourself, there is also the opportunity to arrange Mindfulness classes for groups. The price is agreed according to the size of the group, ie. the larger the group, the lower the price per person.
 

Sessions can be held in English or in Danish.

1 session

A 1-hour training.
Price: 1250 DKK
Course materials and useful audio files with Mindfulness exercises are included in the price.

3 sessions

First session lasts 1.5 hours and the following ones last 1 hour each. (Total training time: 3,5 hours)
Price: 4200 DKK
Course materials and useful audio files with Mindfulness exercises are included in the price.

3 sessions – intensive

Each session lasts 2 hours. (Total training time: 6 hours)
Price: 6900 DKK
Course materials and useful audio files with Mindfulness exercises are included in the price.

8 sessions

First session lasts 2 hours and the following ones last 1 hour each. (Total training time: 9 hours)
Price: 9900 DKK
Course materials and useful audio files with Mindfulness exercises are included in the price.

8 sessions – intensive

Each session lasts 2 hours. (Total training time: 16 hours)
Price: 17200 DKK

Course materials and useful audio files with Mindfulness exercises are included in the price.
 

If you are unable to come to our office, too busy or based overseas, it is also possible to train online via Skype! This option also allows for continuity in training when you are travelling.
